William is in charge of bringing quality dental equipment into Australia, which has strict regulatory laws to ensure that patients and practitioners use the highest quality products to ensure better outcomes for patients and practitioners. 

Aside from his advanced endodontic training, he has in-depth knowledge of dental materials from his PhD and understands regulatory requirements from his training in research commercialisation. He is also an endodontic educator and a developer of dental applications for mobile phones.
