Terms of Service

LATE PAYMENT

Payment of Fees are required within 30 days of invoice date. Any late  payment of fees shall be subject to an  interest charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month  on all fees owed and unpaid. 

 

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Accidental purchases are eligible for refund or exchange, provided all goods are in original un-opened packaging. Should goods be opened, regardless of use, they will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange.  

Endodontic instruments and fragile and delicate use is required to extend the lifespan of the products. Products are not eligible for refund or exchange in the event that breakage occurs during usage. 

Defective products may be eligible for replacement or refund, provided an assessment of the materials confirms the product did not suffer damage due to inappropriate handling or use.
