Separated instruments that are loose within the canal, dancing but not flexing, can be removed using the Yoshi Loop Device (TFRK-L). Use the red retraction button to close the loop around the broke file and remove the broken file with ease. This instrument is part of the Terauchi File Retrieval Collection (TFRK) but can be purchased separately to supplement the TRFK or any other file retrieval kits from other suppliers.
Please note that this instrument is extremely fragile and you practice extreme caution using this product if you have not undertaken any training courses by Dr Yoshi Terauchi.
